(1.1) These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Propsync ("Software") provided by Vensys Global LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider."
(1.2) By accessing or using the System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
(2.1) Users must create an account to access the System. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
(2.2) Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
(2.3) The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms.
(3.1) Property managers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of property listings.
(3.2) The Provider reserves the right to remove any property listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
(4.1) Property managers and tenants are solely responsible for negotiating and executing rental agreements.
(4.2) The Provider is not a party to any rental agreements and assumes no liability for disputes arising from such agreements.
(5.1) Payments made through the System are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the payment processing provider.
(5.2) The Provider is not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing.
(5.3) We charge annually, Our automation system will notify the customer 1month prior from the payment date to keep the payment ready. 15days before the due date we will call the customer and lastly on the due date we will notify the customer again to please pay the dues. On unsuccessful payment Vensys Global LLC hold all the rights to disable the subscription and in result the user may not be able to access the system. We have an integrated system that notifies the vendor daily for the payment after the due date is passed, Vensys Global FZE LLC holds the rights to delete all the data and instance from the server after the grace period is passed.
(6.1) The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the System. However, downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
(6.2) The Provider is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from System unavailability.
(6.3) Provider holds a complete access for the Cloud hosting servers to create and manage the backups for customers on demand. We as a provider do not maintain the backups automatically or without the consent of the User.
(7.1) The Provider collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
(7.2) Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
(7.3) Users data and information is their asset and we as a provider does not save or share the information without their permission or consent. Furthermore cookies are used to save the information for users that may have an expiry based on the functionality but we do not use the data or sell them to any body and bound to do that. We ensure the safe browsing and security for the user information and their data.
(8.1) The System and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the System without the Provider's written consent.
(9.1) The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the System.
(10.1) This Agreement is governed by the laws of UAE and Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of UAE and Pakistan.
(11.1) The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and notify customers for the new changes.
